How much does it cost?
Nothing. The profile, the communities, the medical file, lost-pet alerts and messaging — free, no credit card. Only businesses can add optional pro tools for a fee.
Do I need to download an app?
No. It works from any browser on your phone or computer, and you can also install it to your home screen like an app — no app store in the middle.
Which pets can I add?
Almost any pet — dogs, cats, parrots, rodents, reptiles, fish and more, with over 1,000 breed and species communities. And you can have as many pets as you like on one account.
What happens with our medical data?
Medical records stay private by default, and you decide what gets published — per post. We never sell your data, and you can export or delete everything.
How does the QR tag bring a pet home?
Print the tag from the profile, cut it out and attach it to the collar. Whoever finds your pet scans the code and reaches a page with the contact details you chose to share — no app, no signup on their side.
And if we want to leave?
Delete the account in Settings, and the deletion is complete — profiles, posts and records. No phone calls, no guilt trips.
